          At Stanaway’s, every spirit begins with controlled fermentation, small‑batch distillation, and a commitment to doing things properly. We work in 50‑litre runs or smaller, allowing us to monitor every variable — from yeast behaviour and temperature curves to the precise moment we take our cuts. Each batch is logged, tasted, and refined, combining scientific discipline with traditional craft. The result is spirits shaped by intention, not automation, and unmistakably rooted in Whitehaven’s character.
